I’m pretty darn happy right now.

Yay, LJ is back.

Yay, LJ is back! Hurrah.

Well, well. I was going to write something about my astronomy class… IIt suffices to say it was interesting. The teacher is cool, and the class is cool. I sat next to this old fellow named Joe, and some girl named Kelly. Dr. Joseph is insane, I’m going to love this class. There was candy! How many classes have free candy? And the planetarium was decorated with christmas lights still.

Oh, and like half the class is old people.

Okay, nobody else is allowed to die. :P

Today, I found out one of my two youngest guinea pigs (almost 6 years old) was dead in his cage. I went to give him his brekkie… and he was just… dead. :(

The other four are still healthy, luckily, but it made me remember they’re all old now. (guinea pigs live from 7 to 8 years, IIRC)…I’ll miss the wee pig. :(

In other news, I learned some lojban today. Lojban is a logical language, based on predicate logic, and is pretty easy to learn it seems.

A very caring thing to say to someone in lojban could be: do cu carmi melbi mi la menli .iu.au.i

which means “you are (of) intense beauty to me (observed by me) (in aspect of) mind” The .iu adds a sense of “love” to the message, and the .au adds the sense of “desire”. The .i marks the end of the sentence.

I think I still prefer espaƱol.

Ouch, lj sold out.

As seen here….

Well, I can say I don’t like the changing of the social contract. Not only does it have a new name, but they’ve changed it.

And you know, by changing the social contract, they’ve just lost all my respect. Looks like I won’t be getting a paid account.

Ah well. I mostly have an lj account so I can read , , and the other fine people on my friend’s list. However, should significant portion of those move on, well, I will too.
