Today, I found out one of my two youngest guinea pigs (almost 6 years old) was dead in his cage. I went to give him his brekkie… and he was just… dead. :(
The other four are still healthy, luckily, but it made me remember they’re all old now. (guinea pigs live from 7 to 8 years, IIRC)…I’ll miss the wee pig. :(
In other news, I learned some lojban today. Lojban is a logical language, based on predicate logic, and is pretty easy to learn it seems.
A very caring thing to say to someone in lojban could be: do cu carmi melbi mi la menli .iu.au.i
which means “you are (of) intense beauty to me (observed by me) (in aspect of) mind” The .iu adds a sense of “love” to the message, and the .au adds the sense of “desire”. The .i marks the end of the sentence.
I think I still prefer espaƱol.
